Kansai Airport Shuttle for APCC

Service Details

• Our driver will pick up or drop you off at any locations in Kyoto. (Some areas are excluded.)
• Rates are 3,500 Yen per person, one way to or from Kyoto to Kansai Airport. (including tax and highway toll)
• You can receive up to 7 points on your Yasaka point card for every one way trip you take with Yasaka.
• Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to your departure or arrival.
• Solo travelers are also welcome to use our services for the same cost.
• Comfortably, the maximum number of passengers is eight. (Nine passengers can ride in a car)
• You can take one large sized suitcase onboard for free. An additional 1,000 Yen will be charged for every extra piece of luggage.
• All Major credit cards are accepted *The Yasaka taxi pre-paid card is also valid.
• Cash and the following taxi tickets may also be used: Yasaka, Kyokoshin and Ai-no-taxi ticket.

Operation hours	Kansai Airport to Kyoto: The first shuttle leaves Kansai airport bound for Kyoto at around 7:15am -7:30am. Please wait for the first shuttle if your flight arrives early. Shuttle services are only available to passengers on flights scheduled to arrive before 9:00 pm. However, we will accept reservations from the passengers on flight No. CX502 and MU729 after 9:00 pm. Kyoto to Kansai airport: The first shuttle arrive Kansai airport after 7:00 am. The last shuttle leaves Kyoto around 6:30pm and will arrive at Kansai Airport at around 8:30pm - 9:00 pm.
The minimum number of passenger of reservation	Solo travelers may also reserve for the same cost.
Number of passengers	The maximum number of passengers is eight for one shuttle vehicle. Nine passengers can ride on a vehicle.

Accompanied luggage	Fare includes transfer of one piece of luggage. Additional luggage is 1,000 yen per suitcase. (2 Pcs. Max per person.) No extra charge for smaller carry-on. (Purses, backpacks that can be placed on your lap.) * Please refer to the luggage details below.
Others	Yasaka Kansai Airport Shuttles are all non-smoking. The use of cellular phones is prohibited in the car. Pets are also prohibited to ride in the car. *Exceptions are made for guide dogs.

Luggage charge

The luggage charge is as follows:
Skis, snowboard, and golf bags: 1,000 Yen each

Cardboard box under 150cm3 (59in3)
1 box per person is allowed: 1,000 Yen

Wheelchairs for the handicapped are free.
Surf boards are prohibited.

Operation regulations

• Yasaka shuttle service will not be held responsible for any delays causing late arrivals, due to traffic, or any other unexpected ramifications.
• Yasaka shuttle buses accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 passengers. It may be necessary to share the shuttle with passengers from other flights, so you may be asked to wait for a maximum 60 MINS at Kansai airport.
• Your scheduled pick-up time may be pushed earlier if bad weather conditions are expected.
• In the case your flight arrival is delayed over an hour or you do not meet your driver within the hour, your reservation will be cancelled. Please inquire at our information desk for the next outgoing shuttle. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee to meet all your requests.

Family discounts for children traveling under 12 (1,750 Yen)
Up to two children under the age of 12 (Elementary school students) accompanied by one adult (over 12) can use the shuttle service for 1,750 Yen (one way). You may be asked to show identification to verify age. A child under the age of 6 that will not occupy a seat and will be seated on the lap of an adult is free of charge. Please inform us in advance when you make your reservation.

Senior rates (3,000 Yen)
Senior citizens over the age of 70, using the shuttle service will receive a 500 Yen discount off the standard rate of 3,500 Yen (One way). You will be asked to show identification to the driver. Please inform us in advance when you make your reservation.

Student rates (3,000 Yen)
Students using the shuttle service will receive a 500 Yen discount off the standard rate of 3,500 Yen (One way). You will be asked to show your International Student Identity Card (ISIC) to the driver. Please inform us in advance when you make your reservation.

The above discounts can not be combined with any other offer.
Secondary discounts also do not apply to adults taking advantage of the family discounts for their accompanied children.

Online reservation Discounts (200 Yen)
You will receive a 200 Yen discount off the standard adult rate of 3,500 Yen when you make an online reservation by filling out the reservation form on our website.

Round Trip Discounts (100 Yen each way)
You will receive a 100 Yen discount off the standard adult rate of 3,500 Yen each way when you make a roundtrip reservation. A total of 200 Yen will be discounted from your ride back. Please inform us in advance when you make your reservation.

Group Discounts (200 Yen each one)
Groups traveling with 3 or more getting picked up or dropped off at the same location will each receive a 200 Yen discount off the standard adult rate of 3,500 Yen. Please inform us in advance when you make your reservation.

Combine any of the above offers to get a total discount of 500 Yen.

Please be advised that the Family, Student and Senior discounts may not be used with the Online reservations, Roundtrip or Group discount offers.
Please inform us in advance when you make your reservations, if you are eligible for any of the discounts above.You cannot get any discounts by negotiation with the driver on site.

For discounts to apply, advanced reservations online must be made before 6:00 am the previous day of your requested date. Reservations by phone must be made before 9:00 pm two days in advance. You will not be eligible for any discounts after the stated time above even if we can process your reservations and find vacancy on a shuttle vehicle. Discounts also do not apply to walk-in passengers at the Yasaka Information Desk at the airport.
